Setting Up Your Calendar
Connect your Lu.ma calendar to the system

To get started, you'll need to connect your Lu.ma calendar using your API key. This allows our system to sync with your events.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click "Add Calendar"
  3. Enter your Lu.ma API key
  4. Your events will automatically sync

Mobile Check-in Setup
Configure the mobile check-in experience

The mobile check-in flow is designed for attendees to self check-in by scanning a QR code with their own devices.

  • Generate a unique QR code for your event
  • Customize the check-in form fields
  • Display the QR code at your event entrance
  • Attendees scan and complete the form
